Still waiting for mine, POE is 21 November 2019. Let's hope they don't mess up this as my social security card also wasn't sent automatically to me (had to go to the office myself despite ticking off the box).

Guys, I had a quick question! I got my CR1 visa and I'm planning on travelling to the US by next week.

I know that the greencard takes a while to come, will there be a problem in travelling out of the country(USA) before I receive my greencard in hand? Will I be able to enter back into the US using jus the IV stamped in my passport..?

Our status got updated today. The text is still the same but it has today's date instead of December 11, 2019. Hopefully it means they really started processing the card now.

Yeah my husband arrived October 26th, 2019. We paid about a week before that. Still no Green Card in hand. Website still says fee was received. Soon to consult my senator.

Hi any update on your case?

Nope. I haven't contacted my senator yet. It still just says fee paid. I will send off the release form to my senator by the end of the week. I mean we waited 11 months and 10 days for our I-130 approval so this isn't as bad.

Make sure to check your status at https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ (you need a USCIS account) instead of the Case Status Check page (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) as it may show an outdated status.

For my receipt number the Case Status Check page is showing that my immigrant visa fee payment was received on Oct 28, 2019. But if I login with my USCIS account, I see a much more recent date and a different status - Feb 12, 2020, application accepted for processing.

Ah this had me excited for a moment, but when I logged in to my husband's USCIS account it has one case - our I-130. It still doesn't even show that as processed, which is clearly even more outdated than the Case Status Check page. Perhaps it's time to call USCIS.

It's ok, my I-130 also doesn't show as processed. Try adding your IOE fee payment receipt number to your account and it should show a different status.

But you may only be able to see the status if you create an account for the green card beneficiary. I was unable to add the number to my account, I had to create an account for my wife before I was able to check the status.
