I’m also >90 days since POE and status is stuck at “case received, processing” since September 5th. I wonder if I should call now or wait until the 120 days.

keep calling them, if you haven’t received card.

Finally, I  received my card on Saturday November 2nd.  It took 144 days.
Do Call them after 120 days If not received.

Wow congrats!! Must be so relieved! Did you only call or did you eventually had to go make an appointment to visit a field office as well? What seemed to be the problem with your case?

Thank you so much.
Yeah relieved after More than 4 months.

I called them during 120 days too.
they told me every time that there are no such issues with my case.

after 120 days when I called, officer initiated inquiry. She told me same that there isn’t any issue with your case.

No, I do not have to go to Field office.

So after calling them (after 120 days) the officer opened an Inquiry and a month later you received your GC? Did you get a paper or electronic visa packet?
