so i've got my final paperwork together to bring with me to see my fiance. the embassy received his package and will send him his information shortly about his interview! since its only been a few weeks since i even applied i find it hard to gather a whole lot more info...so...

here's what i've got with me:

more emails, chats, and phone logs.

Yes, bring the 'original' NOA2 with you, and have a copy of it as well. This is a requirement for when he goes to his interview...the original NOA2.

Be prepared to give additional "ongoing" evidence: photos, letters, emails, chats, phone...if you have letters between your family and him and even between your family and his family, bring them and have copies available. If your family is willing to write letters to the consulate attesting to your relationship, get them...and you can send them to the consulate before the interview, also bring copies of them with you to the interview. Better to be overprepared than not, trust me.

Do not wait until the officer asks for additional "ongoing" evidence, they may not...however, attempt to give it to them up front. Leave no room for them wanting more. If you are going to be there for the interview, make sure he tells them you are there in the event they want to ask you questions...he can even take your passport inside with him to prove you are there.

Don't forget to get teh photos while in Morocco too. One will be needed for the medical and 2 more for the interview. Be sure to ask for Americna visa photos. This will get you the correct size the Americans ask for. 5x5 cm.

Casa has not asked for the NOA2 in any recent interviews, doesn't mean they won't. I wouldn;t worry aboutthe copy.
