Thanks guys. I'm sorry if I confused everyone. I just got a bit worried when the immigration site was saying you need them but then the people on here saying I don't need them. Simple explanation for my simple mind was that I don't meet the requirements for it lol. Please don't think I don't listen to you Nick i always take on board everything you write. You have been a God send to me since I joined this site with all the information and support. I thank everyone for their support ?

There is a long list of immigration shots, but most are only age appropriate for babies/children. Once you reach adulthood, the list shrinks to four, two of which are easy to get out of by having chickenpox and not flu season. You are left with Td and MMR to get.

The reason Varicella is so easy to get around in the UK is because it's not something they immunize for. Hard to even find a shot if you wanted to pay for it. Pretty much everybody has had chickenpox and even if they lied about it, still believable because it's so common. Not sure about African countries on varicella.
