Hello everyone!

Hope you all are having a great weekend.

I have started assembling my ROC package, going to file it in the beginning of July.

According to USCIS instructions, it's preferable to put the evidence into top 2 ring binders. We have searched in Office Depot, Staples stores, also checked Amazon. None of them had anything what we were looking for.

Can anyone give me a tip where we can get top 2 ring binders (online, store)?

Thank you.

Tanya.

Don't bother with the binders, they would only be discarded once the file was received and before any adjudicator would see it.

Just use binder clips to clip things together and let USCIS assemble it to their own liking once they have it.

Tanya,

They are not talking about 2-ring BINDERS. They are talking about binder clips made by "ACCO". Google "ACCO" and you will see what they mean.

I agree - it SOUNDS like they mean the kind of hard binders like what we think of 3-ring binders, but they don't. Get yourself an inexpensive two-hole punch, and a small box of ACCO "binders". You will be organized like a dream!

I used binder and paper clips to organize my stuff because I already had them but as Harpa mentioned, a rubber band probably would work too. Just don't hand in a bunch of loose papers and you should be fine.

Loose papers are also fine. I have read the USCIS mail room instructions and those dudes are detailed and thorough! They open the envelope on 3 sides, for instance.

Oooh! I'd like to know too - where did you get that reading material? (And more importantly, is it still available?) :)
