So, interview is in 3 days.
My question is: My fiance didnt make enough (over 18,000) so we included his mom as a co-sponsor. But, when he cashed his bonds (and then taxes) it added up and he fulfills the requirement. (money just over the limit). We have two I-134 forms. Do I say that we have a co-sponsor (just in case) although his income is (seemingly) enough?

Thank you!

The assets must be at least 3 times the income amount you are short, so you need about $6k in assets. They like to see assets that you have had awhile, and not just newly come by funds. I would still take the co-sponsor's documents, just in case they are needed.

Hello

My case is now in NVC. I want to ask what kind of police certificate from every place I have lived since age of 16 should I send them? I was today in the police office and they told me that they can give me only document that I was living on the same place since the age of 18 (not 16). Is that the right one or they are looking for something about my criminal record?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thank you.
