I-129F initial app - include Proof of Ongoing Relationship?

We are about to send in the I-129F and am wondering if we should send in the chat logs and pictures and such. It seems like there is conflicting opinions on this.

We just met in October (online dating site). He's from Northern Ireland so from what I'm reading, a low risk consulate but I don't want to take any chances. I also don't want to overwhelm them with unnecessary chat logs and email transcripts. We have flight records and passport pages - he's been here twice and I've been there once, for the proof of meeting. I'm just not sure about including proof of ongoing relationship at this point. I'd like to get the app mailed soon so any thoughts on this would be great.

If you don't send anything demonstrating your relationship like pics and chat, Uscis will probably ask for it via RFE and make your case take that much longer. Pictures will show that you have seen each other in person within the last two years, which is a requirement. Passport stamps are good but only show that you were in the country. I sent chat logs that included conversations about our future and wedding plans to show USCIS that we were going that route. You don't have to send all 500 pages of texts, but take some samples (quality over quantity) over the last months.

The i129f requires proof of the couple having met within 2 years of filing. Proof of ongoing relationship is optional but advisable.

London is very laid back with this, so I wouldn't worry much. Send whatever you have and prepare to take a little more for the interview.

Things you should absolutely send: passport stamps, boarding passes, any receipts showing you both in the same place at the same time.

Photographs are secondary evidence but can help to back up evidence of meeting. For instance we sent in receipts showing tickets for two to a show and then for food. You can see that reflected in the photos.

We did not send chat logs, because ultimately we thought our case strong enough without them clogging up a person at a desk who is probably bored anyway. For high risk consulates, absolutely do it... but the UK won't be a problem. The USCIS cares about you meeting within two years. There is nothing wrong with sending a small selection of chat logs if you wish however. Relationship evidence is what you'd typically bring for your visa interview at the consulate, except the UK embassy won't really want to look at it, and will mostly just ask you a few questions.

I sent letters of intent, pictures I had 84+, passport stamps, statement of how we met and the required items for the 129f.

I received and RFE for a waiver having had a 129f approved less then two years ago....nothing else....never sent chat logs or anything else like that.

Exactly what Yuna said above. Show you met. That's the requirement. About six photos are nice so they can see you together meeting. Skip all chat logs. Maybe helpful if you speak different languages so they get a sense of how you communicate, but you are both native English speakers. London will not want to see ANY evidence of your relationship or engagement or more photos. Really they won't no matter what people from other parts of the world tell you.

This is not accurate. Relationship evidence is not required for the I-129F, so you would not get an RFE for not including any. You need proof of meeting. Photos are secondary evidence for meeting, and passport stamps, receipts, bank/credit statements, and boarding passes far outweigh photos. Chat logs do nothing for proving you met in person.

I sent 8 photos, passport pages with stamps and copies of boarding passes. My rfe was for the explanation of how we met as my fiance didn't add the name of the site. They asked for tos proving it wasn't a marriage broker. London didn't want ro see anything but i took his boarding passes, trip tickets from when he came to visit etc. They never looked at them just asked questions.
