Hi, there!

I´m here to give some news about my solo I-212, once is like to be in a black whole and no one can get any kind of information about.

I filed the I-212 together with my I-30.

It was a hassle make them accept (NY - JFK office) and it was for 5 months flying arond US until they realized that they were responsible for the adjudication.

During that I tried to procrastinate my NVC journey, but suddenly my country expedited my I-30 and they scheduled my interview without me sending the NVC documents.

I was scared because I wanted to have the I-212 adjudicated before the interview.

But what I realized is that even that you file that before the interview they don´t adjudicate solo I-212 before the interview, BUT... There´s a good thing about it.

I made my interview and the CO asked about the situation (I was removed because they gave me a ban to be "living in US without an immigrant visa", with no other ban) and I could explain what happened. So, after we finished my interview the CO told me that once the I-212 will be adjudicated (she saw on her records that it was pending to be adjudicated and told me that) they will issue my visa, so I think I got a lot of time with it.

And, I have my congress person involved on my case, so I hope , for God´s mercy that they will be faster now, once it was classified exactly with solo I-212 and there was nothing else on my process, nt another ban and without any type of crime or so.

So, all yo guys with solo I-212, file that ASAP!

It worth!

I´ll post here when I get my I-212 adjudicated.

I´LL START TO LIVE BACK AGAIN WHEN I´LL BE ON MY HUBBY´S ARMS, FOREVER AND EVER. UNTIL THERE, I DON´T LIVE. I SURVIVE. (L)

Yes, that´s what exactly happened to mine and let´s see when they will decide to adjudicate it.

Senator Liaison said that tey asked 30 days (it finished on 06/11) and nothing came up from it.

So, now, this week I´ll make another inquiry...

What a horrible situation.

Thank you.
