I'm going to call Nvc later today I will give them time hopefully my cause got there.. Crossing my fingers

Call NVC and my case is not yet there I was told since they have so many k1 visa cases is taking them 60 days to receive the case so much BS... Getting tired and frustrated..

Does anyone suggest calling early in the morning or alittle later in the afternoon? Does it make a difference as to when they would be able to actually see if the case is there or not. Thinking about calling now it's only 8 am though... What do you guys think?

I just called an my case isn't there yet. I think they have to somehow scan the cases to be able to see anything so I guess the chances are better in the afternoon if they receive them in the morning. I heard from many people who called several times a day and got told their case was received the third or fourth time they called.

My case was received at NVC Friday the 8th. Called just now, early morning 12th, and still no case number assigned.

NOA2 was Approved June 21st.

And while waiting, I was able to process some clearances (NBI,CENOMAR) needed for the interview.

Tomorrow (July 13th) will be my CFO interview. This is required for Philippines beneficiaries. I have high hopes everything will go well.

Idk what to think anymore. Not even sure if I should even try with USCIS again since they were so unhelpful the past two times and never got a callback from tier 2 officer.

This is a joke Nvc is just dealing with out no particular date I seen case way after us been approved and we still have no case and no good answer... Frustrating

Just got off the phone with them again. Saw they added 2 cases for Naples after my first call. One of those was mine! Sadly, still can't do anything since Naples needs to receive everything first.

You go on the CEAC website and go in the application status for immigrant visas. Your case number will then be MEP (Juarez consulate code) followed by year, julian date +500 (today is 694), then the case number filed for said consulate that day (001,002,003, ect.). I checked before I called the first time and they had 001-003. Right before I called again I saw they added 004-005.

I don't get this how would I know my case number like for my self that I haven't recieve the new case I only have the reciept number
