Where is the non-immigrant visa #? on my fiances visa he has something called a "control number"

is that it?

there is also a handwritten # on his visa starting with FIN# its also written on his I-94 Im not sure what that number is either.

is the I-94 # the one that is typed in the top left corner?

Lastly the "Alien number" is that hand written too? there is a number it looks like it was written next to his entry stamp from the states and it starts with A

Or are all these numbers given in my approved paperwork from my original submission?

im so confused.

Alien number (A#): Hand written on 1-94 and looks like A#xxxxxxxx

I-94 number: Number on I-94 on top left hand corner

They're all the numbers you need for the I-485(AOS). :)

I didn't have any number written on my K1 visa, so I can't help you out with that one!

03.04.2009......Posted I-130 to U.S. Embassy

03.04.2009......Ordered Police Certificate for Visa Purposes from Local Garda Office (ordered over the phone)

03.05.2009......I-130 received at Embassy

03.06.2009......Received Police Cert

03.18.2009......I-130 Approved

09.10.2009......Medical Exam

09.23.2009......Embassy receives Notice of Readiness

10.13.2009......Received our interview date

10.29.2009......Successful interview!

11.5.2009........Visa received in post

11.7.2009........All the family flew to the US together :)

12.20.2009......Received Welcome to America letter

12.24.2009......10 year Greencard received in the mail

I didn't have any number written on my K1 visa, so I can't help you out with that one!

I just sent in my wifes AOS. I did not put the Alien Number on cause I did not know where it was. I just checked again and they did not have any hand writen numbers on her 1-94.

So I dont know

which is the red number?

I thought there was only one red number (several actual numbers) on the visa. Now I have to go look at Claudeth's!
