Hi I was wondering if after approval you got the "Sent to the department" status on the website? I received my approval letter saying my case was sent to NVC but status is still in "Approval." Did yours change or not? It's been 17 days since my NOA2.

My timeline:

Married: 03/29/09

Filed i130: 01/04/16

Noa1: 02/02/16

Noa2: 06/01/16

NVC Received: 06/20/16

NVC Case #:

It can take up to 90 days for the case to be sent to the NVC but normally within 30. Sometimes the case tracker changes, sometimes it doesn't. I remmeber a couple who, even after the wife had naturalized, their i-130 status still said "accepted" (like the first step) and never changed from that.
