You don't do anything it's up to the Doctor doing your medical. If your Xray's fine should be no issue. But they will determine at medical the course of action to take.

As part of your IR1/CR1, you will be asked (by embassy) to do certain medical examination from certain doctors selected by the embassy. None of those reports will be revealed to you and the doctors will send them to the embassy.

Anything else that you do on your own may not be admissible and accepted to embassy. Whatever you can do prove your well-being, bring to the doctor you will see appointed by the embassy. Explain all to them with all your proofs. See if they send you for further tests or whether they take your reports. They may find your results satisfactory and pass similar statement back to embassy.

I don't think you should worry or stress too much and try to find out what you could medically do to prove your well being that could be explained to the doctor. This cannot be that big of a deal if you are completely healed.

Best wishes for you

Take the sputum culture as well, that's what I would do. You may end up doing it twice though but in the long run, you wouldn't mind if things are positive and works well for you.

Best wishes
