hi

yes you can petition them all, but not all will come at the same time. I assume you are a USC, right?

If you file, your parents will come in a year

your married siblings will come in 23 or more years

and your sister that is single will probably be married at some point so close to 25 years

hi

no, you have to be a USC to file for parents, siblings and married children

so once you have your citizenship certificate, you can file for them, you will need to send proof of citizenship

parents are filed separately so you will need an i130 for each of them, 2 sets of everything

residents can only file for spouses and unmarried children

hi

for now, the i130 costs $420

so, one 1 i130 for each of them, so $840 in total,

you can start saving if you don't have enough

first you have to become a USC, the N400 as you know costs $680

Hey, quick question; building on the OP's situation... $840... that's just for the parents, right?

Would he have to file separate petitions for the sisters and pay separate fees?

Does the under-21 unmarried sister get added to the parent's petition? Or is that a separate application too?

I've not researched this to be honest, so apologies for questions which must be rather obvious for this forum.

Just trying to understand how it works. Thanks!

hi jimmy

yes, separate petitions for each of them, so yes $420 for each parent and $420 for each sibling

siblings are filed separately, there are no derivatives in parents petitions

Thanks for the info!
