Hi Everyone...

I'm not sure what evidence to present for the I-134. My husband and I are both employed in Germany and I am actively looking for a job in the US. My husband has invested in a small shoe shop here but it hasn't turned a profit yet. I've filed tax returns for the last 5 years reporting my foreign earned income. My parents are our co-sponsers for the I-864. Can we submit that information for the I-134?

8/10/06: case received in Frankfurt--get letter asking for more info

think we'll adjust in the states...

4/24/06: Interview in Copenhagen

5/17/06: Sent additional info. requested

8/9/06: e-mail from embassy that they are ready to issue visa

8/23/06: visa in hand

Hmmm. Not sure about Germany but can you self-sponsor for the I-134?. I know in the UK this is possible with a few thousand. You must be able to get through the I-864 when you get to the USA though, but it looks like you have some of this covered by the co-sponsoring.

Submit your tax forms and the information for your co-sponsor. As long as your parent's income is sufficient, there should not be a problem.
