Here is a post from September where they paid GHS860($218.28) at Holy Trinity, and others report GHS1060 ($269.04) at Akai Clinic. Others in there confirm that Holy Trinity is cheaper than Akai.

The fee's should not have changed too drastically within the past 8 months.
