Police Certificate in Norway & Denmark

Hello All,

I hope someone can shed some light on this. I am preparing my documentation in applying a visa. Our K1 just got approved and in the process of being sent to NVC.

In the attached doc, it's showing my fiancée needs police clearance in the countries she had lived for more than 6 months. She was an Au Pair in Norway and Belgium but now resides in Stockholm.

How can she get a police clearance without going back to those countries? Her schedule just wouldn't allow her to go.

Additionally, she's Filipina. Does she have to get an NBI clearance in the Philippines or a regular Police Clearance will do?

I can't reply for Denmark or Philipines, but for Norway she can submit an application online of by mail.

Do I also need one from the Philippines but I haven't lived there for 11 years and I am now a US citizen?

If your I129F is approved, they don't need more from the USC (except affidavit of support, and potentially originals of divorce decrees)

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

You can contact the danish police here for the record form Denmark (They want a copy of the passport bio page and a copy of other documentation such as birth certificate or DL)
