I GOT RFE PLS HELP

hello everyone ,

i just want you all to educate me on what to do .. i checked online and i saw rfe on both 130 and 129f petition but to my suprise i i only recieved letter for only 129f and i have sent them all they asked for but my 130 is still pending saying rfe. i dont even knw the adress to send my 130 bcos i didnt recieve no letter from them but online i saw rfe. what should i do now. uscis have recieved the reply for my 129f . i sent 130 to chicago log box and 129f to texas center . pls advice me

They don't really do K-3's anymore so it'll be are CR-1 spouse visa once you send in the I-130.

What does the RFE say?

thanks for your reply.. they asked me to send prof of bonafide marriage .... joint insurance , joint account , photos, utility bills , wedding certificate, affidafit of two withness, and personal testimony letter.

i have sent everything to uscis for 129f but i didnt recieve letter for 130 . i only saw rfe for 130 on uscis website when i log on with my reciept number. i sent 130 to log box chicago.

Hopefully it will move along as soon as you provide them with all that info.

Wait for the letter to arrive in the mail. You can see RFE online before the letter comes in the mail with the instructions.

I got Rfe for both petition in may 18 same day. Letter for i129f come in 21th may and I didn't receive any for 130 for a month does it take more than 30 days to send a letter? We filled this petition since 7th of January this year. I am really worried bcos if the 129f is not valid why did they asked for rfe amd when I se d it they said the received it. Another question is that I sent i129f to Texas but I received rfe from Nebraska center. I don't even knw where the 130 petition is bcos I send it to Chicago log box. I am sure it will be in one of the centre

I'm sorry I don't know that much about spouse visa but I'm sure there will be people to help here shortly
