I'm very excited to share my journey with all of you??

I129f sent on March 26

Received on: March 30th 2016

NOA1: April 4th 2016

RFE: April 22,2016

Cased Approved on May 11th 2016

Hard copy received on the 17th

Received by NVC JUNE 3RD, 2016

Sent To Haiti consulate on June 6

Received on June 15 2016

Now we are working on Package 3

Do you receive package 3 in your email? Just out of curiosity.

Because I didn't fill out the email or text notification form.. ._.

3-22-2016 Check was cashed
3-25-2016 Received NOA1
6-6-2016 Received NOA2 (73 days)
6-10-2016 Received NOA2 Hard Copy
6-27-2016 NVC received case (3 weeks)
6-29-2016 NVC Case Number.
6-30-2016 Case left NVC
7-25-2016 Medical Scheduled.
7-21-2016 Packet 3.
7-27-2016 Interview
8-8-2016 Visa Received.
8-28-2016 POE NYC.

AOS Process

9-15-2016 Sent out package.

9-17-2016 Package received at Chicago Lockbox!

9-24-2016 Received receipt texts for all three petitions. <3

9-27-2016 Check was cashed - could see case in USCIS app. :)

9-30-2016 Received hard copy of NOA's. Notice date - September 23rd.

10-11-2016 Received Biometrics appointment letter for October 28th.

10-15-2016 Case Approval Was Certified by USCIS

10-20-2016 Received RFIE for Affidavit of Support (dated 10/14/2016 on the letter)

10-21-2016 Sent out RFIE back to Department of Homeland Security with Co-Sponsor.

10-28-2016 Completed Biometrics.

10-31-2016 Response to RFE was received.

11-15-2016 EAD & AP approved! :)

11-18-2016 EAD being sent out.

11-19-2016 Received NOA2 for AP.

11-22-2016 Received EAD/AP in the mail. :)

11-28-2016 Case is ready to be scheduled for interview!

What is included in the packet 3? Can you start the process before receiving the packet 3?

Our case was approved on May 18th. I called NVC on June 17th, they said they received it on the 9th but hadn't sent it out yet. I'd like to get started on the DS-160 but I don't know if we need to wait for the packets 3. Do they mail it to the Haitian address or to a DHL location?

Hi the ds260 is done after you pay your fees and choose your agent. Your welcome letter will be either emailed to you or mailed to you once approved.... Also I retract my interview date I read my letter wrong the street address is October 15 in port au Prince so I'm waiting 30 days from June 16 for them to schedule my interview so I'll have updated soon

Hi sorry for responding so late, I received it through email,cause I requested that, and yes you can start on your ds160 before your get the package make sure you save the confirmation number.

All I did, once the embassy receive the case I created an account on USTRAVELDOCS, with that account you are able to get a slip, with that slip you go pay for the visa fees, then the next day me and my fiance got an email saying that they received the payment and we can go ahead an schedule an appointment , so we did

Some exciting news my case was completed today now I'm waiting for an interview date for my husband.... I pray it comes real soon. So now the wait game again. August 10 will make it a year
