Just want to make sure I have everything before I sent it all off! The only question I have is I had to add an extra page to the G-325A forms because past employment for the last 5 years didn't fit. Do I need to list that in the table of contents and if so, where and how should I do it?

Thanks!

Ally

Oh! And do you think I need to send an explanation as to why my husband left in the middle of the K1 process without parole or should I just leave everything as is? I did state in question 11 that we had filed before but just answered the questions there, I didn't go into detail. I sent a detailed explanation with the I130 form.

Ally, I can't answer that part of the question for you... maybe there is someone in the k3 forum that can help you... wishing you all the best

It looks pretty similar to the one I just sent. I had the same problem with the Employment section. I did include it in my list of contents. I figured that you can never be too safe.
