hi

the k3 doesn't expedite, on the contrary, nowadays it is practically obsolete, since it takes a long time to be approved

have you called someone at the service center, a tier 2 supervisor?

You should have requested a service request after 6 months. Contact a tier 2 at thr USCIS. Contact the ombudsman and contact your congressman to get the ball rolling on case. Its been almoat 2 years on your I-130 and it should have been 6 months!

Just want to put it out there that being from Yemen your wife's case is probably stuck in extensive background checks, but you should still call to get things rolling- her case is far beyond normal processing times. The K-3 is rarely, if ever issued anymore and if her case is indeed stuck in background checks, the checks would still have to be cleared in order to receive a K-3.
