my dates are as follows

married in august 29 2014

submitted papers on dec 19 2014 to start process i was on h1b

got temp green card nov 12 2015

separated feb 7

divorced filed on april 26th

1) could you tell me if i want to travel outside the us, will this be an issue if im coming back next month. i just need some time to heal and self reflect.

2) also anything that should help my case when i apply for ROC.

3) also is it a good idea to travel cuz i moved to austin texas for her and i have pretty much no one here so its a very tough thing to be going through this alone but any of you texas members can tell me the process of how long the divorce decree can take. were both currently fighting about the decree as she feels i owe her money.

thanks

1. Yes, you can travel so long as you don't stay for over 1 yr.

2. ROC will depend on your evidence.. There have bn tons of post about that in this forum, find them and read about them

3. You can travel...but as to whether you owe her or not, that will be determined in the divorce court.

Hey I got following docs I know that no one can definitely say what is enough or not enough.. But some points..

Health/dental insurance joint

Car insurance joint

Bank statement for last 8 months joint

Gym membership joint

Tax return for 2016 and 2015 both filed jointly

Couple of counseling sessions we attended after we divorced

Couple of ppl willing to write affidavit of support.

Lots of pics from our time together

Pretty much the whole convo saved in whatsapp from the day we met till it ended.

Also communication with her family to try to reconcile.

Thanks will appreciate input.

Ps we didnt have joint lease cuz we lived at her fathers who wrote a letter in the first interview that we lived there
