NVC IV Fee Pay now

Hi Guys,

So I paid my AOS fee yesterday (its still processing) but when I log onto CEAC it shows me Pay now for the IV fee. However when I click the link and therefore am on the Fee Payment Portal, it doesnt show any IV invoice to pay... Should I contact NVC?

Did you complete the DS-261 yet? If so, call the NVC to have them review the DS-261 over the phone. You will receive an invoice for the IV fee a day or two later. If you don't call NVC, it can take weeks before they review the DS-261 and you will not receive your IV invoice until after they review it.

Hey thank you for your answer. Yeah my Ds-261 was reviewed yesterday on the phone with NVC and the AOS fee got unlocked later that day...

But I'm just weirded out by the fact that I have a PAY NOW button for the IV fee that takes me to no invoice except my AOS fee (that is processing payment)

The DS-261 didn't unlock your AOS fee. You were able to pay your AOS fee because you received the AOS fee invoice by email from NVC. You won't be able to pay the IV fee until after you receive the IV fee invoice by email as well. It can take a day or two after reviewing the DS-261 before you receive the invoice.

(Also, the "Pay Now" and not being able to pay it happens to everyone. Just wait another day or two, get the invoice by email, then pay it.)

It happened to us , after paying the AOS &IV fees and filled in DS-260 form and received the confirmation page , after few days I checked and found out : PAY NOW , and I clicked on the receipt page and found Rejected in the payment status , my husband called NVC and was told that something went wrong in their system and asked him to start the process again, the money wasn't taken from the bank , so he will do it again.
