I'm so glad to chance upon this sub-forum with so many filipinos replying helping each other out. I hope anybody here who are in the same the boat as I'm in can help me how to proceed. If this is ot the right sub-forum please point me to the right one.

Here is my situation:

I sent my Financial Documents (AOS) and My family's supporting documents to NVC last week (December 7, 2016) and I received an email from NVC with a subject line: MNL2016724073 (06JUL2015 CKLST COVER LETTER). (Is this what they call an RFE? I didn't read any "request for evidence" phrase in the email and the pdf sent though).

Upon reading the attached pdf file. NVC basically wants me to send all the supporting documents I just sent to them(Marriage Certificate, Birth certificates, Passport front data page and NBI Clearance), it didn't say if any of the required documents is missing or needs amendment. I even sent 3 copies of each document in one packet(package) as adviced.

I'm a bit confused on what to send back to them.

I only can think of 1 reason why the sent this email is that, the Birth Certificates I sent to them still has the logo of NSO (Old One) not the new PSA. Would this be the case, but then this is just the Birth and Marriage Certificates(Photocopies) not the passport photo copy or the nbi clearance(Green)?

Any help would be much much appreciated.
