You cannot sign it for her. She must sign it.

She does not need to be in the U.S. to sign it.

You cannot sign for her, either leave the signature space blank or type/write "she will sign during the interview" or she can fill, print and sign, scan and email the form to you.

Again please make sure you are filling out the correct biographic form. There are two forms on the website. G-325 and the G-325A. The G-325A is the one that should be accompanied with your petition.
