Constitutional rights, conjugal rights....both need some kind of protection...

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.

You mean someone like Omar Mateen would no longer enjoy his constitutional rights? That would be a pity, wouldn't it? It is surely more important for an individual like Mateen to enjoy his constitutional rights than it is for the 49 people he slaughtered as a result of those very rights to enjoy theirs. Brilliant. Believe me.

MBO is that you

I absolutely reject the idea we should ban purchase of a gun to anybody simply for being on the list unless they have a definite, clear, predictable recourse to challenge being on it. As it is now it is a secret list and you're on it for secret reasons with secret people who decided it and we cannot accept a situation in which a secret court without transparency can deny a constitutional right. There are a million people on this list. Really a million potential terrorists? I don't buy it. ACLU's position on the terror list is spot on.

Oh, and also for fun the hillary meme, she wants people investigated by the FBI blocked from buying guns, but not her being blocked from being POTUS? No

Good luck!

With all the abuses of power we have witnessed from both parties, anyone who thinks giving government authority to arbitrarily put people on a list , and then start denying them anything for being on it has been knocked in the dang head.
