EAD expedite needs advice (merged)

Hi everyone,

I need some advice on my next steps.

I got a job offer in a different states a few days ago. I applied for expedite through call to USCIS. On the case history, it showed as below. On last Friday June 10th, I called the local congress man's office and got their support but no reply yet.

    On June 7, 2016, your request to have your case expedited, referral number @@@@@@@@@@, was assigned to an officer for response.

I have following questions:

1. How do I understand the case history. What does it mean that the case was completed. Does it mean that they already reached a decision?

2. My first NOA is on April 19th, and my Bio is on May 23rd. How long should I expect my EAD to be mailed to my current location? Under both condition, one is with success in expedite, one is expedite denied.

3. My job request me to be able to join at the end of June. Should I tell them that I can't make it and postpone it?

What do u mean by "consulate in armenia?"

Your K1 visa was interviewed in Armenia, and you have a Chinese flag associated? However the National Benefit Center (NBC) does not process fiancee visas...

BTW, the responses that you have received from your case expedite request do not contain enough information to take any action as this point, IMO.

so what does MSC stands for? I thought that's the national benefit center in Chicago?

the response i got in your opinion means that the expedite is denied?

You mail the AOS forms to the Chicago lockbox. That is an intake facility. Family based AOS applications are sent to the National Benefits Center, which is in Missouri. Case numbers start with MSC because of this. The NBC used to be the Missouri Service Center.

Your online status info just says it is completed. It does not state if it is approved or denied.

They have probably mailed you a letter asking for evidence of job offer to be mailed or faxed to them. Wait a few days and you will probably receive this.

I have already faxed them to the office like last Wednesday. I don't know how long I should expect to hear back from them.

hey guys,

its been a week since I faxed the documents to the USCIS office, and I still haven't got anything back. What should I do now? Can anyone tell me how much time it normally takes for them to response after providing the further evidence.....
