Hello everyone,

I am looking for advice as to how long normal interview scheduling wait time with Cambodia once NVC approves your case. My case was approved last week for February but did not receive the letter from NVC until March 08, 2016. Letter states interviews are scheduled within 60 days and I am now 4 months in waiting for an interview time. Anyone have experience as to how long it took for NVC to schedule an interview with Cambodia? All advice is much appreciated and I miss my wife so much!!!

mine approved in late Feb too and i haven't heard anything yet either.

When my case was completed back in February of 2013, I didn't submit 2012 tax returns because I didn't finish yet since it wasn't due yet. I did submit copies of W-2's plus tax records of 2011,,2010 and 2009. I was told by NVC to bring my 2012 tax return record to the embassy whenever they schedule the interview because it will be due by then. They also said another I-864 is not needed just 2012 tax return copy. Interview was Sept 27 and they had a note on my wife's file that I was bringing 2012 tax returns and when they were collecting additional documents and originals, that's the first thing they asked for.

Thanks for the clarification :)

Maybe our interview schedule August or September.

I am sure you will be fine. Only a few more months to go! June is almost over :)

I know your case was completed in the beginning of the year. Did you send in your 2015 taxes to NVC? If not, I would suggest having an updated I-864 showing 2015 income along with the 2015 tax docs.

let me know if you get the interview date. i feel we might get one next month because this month is almost over.

NVC in Vermont says they're scheduling interviews for August this week and next. Only a hand full of cases have been scheduled but when I look on the embassy's interview list there's a bunch of interviews already. Ugh this wait is the longest wait of all.

Embassy's list includes K-1, B-1 or any other kinds of visa interviews. Embassy schedule those directly. NVC is not involved on those. Only CR-1,IR-1 NVC is involved. Your interview coming soon. My guess is September.

I hope so brotha. Missing my wife so much!
