Read the last paragraph of the 221(g). On mine, the last line read something like "once we receive the requested documents, a visa will be issued".

Ours doesn't say that. It just says a decision will be made and they can't guarantee approval (even after they went through all our papers and we met all the requirements!!)
Only thing she said was the rest "looks good".

They did keep the passports and gave us a white paper 221g with note for the document request. What worried me is that hubby asked directly and she said she can't guarantee approval :/ and we "shall see"

I absolutely understand this. It is just that for most of the people I see here, they get some sort of feedback after the interview either approved or denied. We got a "we shall see". They did admit we have met ALL their criteria and our case is solid so I don't understand why she said that :/

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully it's an easy fix and she will send the other 2 and you all will be approved after that.

Hey, it had slowed down a bit since we send in but it's still super fast. I had to wait 5 weeks for an interview date so could have been a lot faster some embassies are luckily faster just make sure everything is there and do not make any planes for wedding before you have the visa. I know it gives you a short time to plan but it is the best since so many things can go "wrong" in this process. Read the guides and the forum for feb-June filers of 129f to make sure you have it all in your package:)

My spouse applied for me and my kids as well and he signed separate I-864 for each of us.

This is from the instruction: "Form I-864A may only be used when a sponsor’s income and assets do not meet the income requirements of Form I-864

and the qualifying household member chooses to combine his or her resources with the income and/or assets of a sponsor

to meet the requirements."

My mother in law instead of sending 3 I-864a she put all 3 names in ONE I-864a. That was the mistake.

They are sending us new ones now.

Guys, SHOOT ME lol
Haven't been able to sleep. I keep my mind busy (easy with 3 kids) all day and then at night it all comes back to me, all my stupid anxieties, the "what if's" and I freak out. I get upset with myself which makes things worse.
My greatest fear (other than a full out denial) is being put on AP for months. My husband's health is declining (Embassy knows that), he can't stay here much longer and I can't handle 3 children and work alone, I have no family or friends nearby to help me. I don't make enough from work to have a child minder hired, I really do need hubby here to look after the children while I work.

Sorry, just ranting!!! Sigh!

This process has been nerve wracking!! It is hard for every one, the fact that we live in Greece at this point of time coupled with my husband's need for a strong health support system (which does NOT exist in Greece - not even for Greeks, much less for foreigners!), is making us super nervous.
You really DO need nerves of steel for this, don't you?
(Once again thank you for your patience! You guys are the only ones who can understand my anxiety!!)

Anita the Embassy has been good in replying promptly to our emails. I WANT to believe that once they get them (around Tuesday) they will reply with yes or no on approval.

She did say that everything else they have "looks good". Passed medical, no red flags, bio dad of the boys wrote a statement saying he agrees the boys move with me and my husband (he mentioned my husband which is strong I guess)... we shall see.
