My interview is tomorrow!!!

Morning Everyone

Well tomorrow is the day. I have a 9:00 am appointment to meet with the lawyer and a 10:00 am at the US consulate. Ugggh I haven't slept in weeks (ever since I received our confirmation letter). Sometimes I feel out of control (I'm a control freak). As we are never told the complete list of events that are about to happen. Just when we think we have it all figured out something new pops its head up. My heart goes out to all those that are not able to see their husbands/wifes and have to do this procedure on your own. It lest my husband lives 22 miles away (stopped by an invisible border crossing) and I can legally go see him on weekends. I was able to purchase a cell phone from the US and we can talk for hours during the weekdays. This helps somewhat. Last night I was in a panic I couldn't find my passport (thought someone had stolen it - but I just used it two days earlier. My head is just spinning). And I have to lie to my boss so that he doesn't know that I'm taking the day off tomorrow for the interview. I've found that employors like to dismiss you before you have time to sell your home and permantely move to your new country. I can't wait to get that stamp or whatever it is in my passport. (Duell citizenship in two countries). Just one more step completed in the long list of things to do.Does anyone know the procedure at the Vancouver BC consulate office... you info would be appreciated.
