I've been living at my current address for somewhere close to 12 years, so for the "residence in last five years part" this was the only address I listed. However, I just remember that I moved into my University on-campus accommodation for about 8 months, around 3.5 years ago. Do I need to correct this, and if so, how would I go about doing so?

Thanks

It means only permanent addresses, so time spent at school would not count, you don't change your drivers license when you go to out of state college. I spent 3.5 years out of state returning for the breaks and my only address I used was the permanent home address. Good luck
