About 10 years ago I sponsored and married an Indian woman and her two children On K1/K2, to U.S. which ended in divorce.

Now, I'm 73, I have a Filipina friend who is 46, and planning sponsor on K1.

Will my previous sponsoring 10 years ago in any way jeopardise my new K1 application?. Will the age difference between me and my girlfriend be a problem in getting a K1 visa?

If your EX and her children have their citizenship then you are okay as far as the poverty line (otherwise you will have to make sure you have enough to sponsor 4 people). On the paperwork there is a question on if you have previously sponsor someone you have to say yes and list them when asked.

He would need enough for a household of 5, not 4, if the I-864 for the ex wife and her 2 kids is still active. If there are any other dependents, then that number would go up. If they gave up their green cards, worked enough to have 40 SSA credits, or they became US citizens, then household count is only for those still be enforced. If none, then it is just you and the foreign fiance(e). You will still say yes and list them where it asks about previous affidavit of supports and petitions.

Going through Manila, an older man with a younger woman happens often and so you should be fine.

The age difference should not be a major issue, considering you will be going through USEM, where such is common, and she is a mature lady, not some teenager.

How long ago did you divorce? If you had a good, long mariage with the ex, then a break and then found the current fiancee, I do not think it will be a major issue. But if you divorced the ex very soon after she got the greencard, they may be suspicious that is the plan with this one too, to just get her the greencard. The best way to remove red flags is to spend a lot of time together both before petitioning, and during the visa process.

As long as your EX and the children 1) left the USA, or 2) are USC there is no issues. If they are still green card holders you will have to list them when the financial support documents are required.

Is the age difference an impediment?

Nope!
