My fiancee lives in North cotabato mindinao. And we would like to set up the k1 visa interview closer to her home at Cebu city at the U.S. consulate there instead of going to the U.S. embassy in Manila. And I don't know if we have a choice or does she need to go to manila. On the I-129F k1 visa petition it asks where my fiancee will apply for a visa abroad at the American embassy or consulate on question 36a and 36b. So on my petition should I put she will apply at consulate at Cebu city which would be more convenient for her, or should I say U.S. embassy in Manila. I'm not sure if we have a choice or if she needs to go to American embassy no matter what.

You don't have a choice.

You have a choice... you can choose Manila or you can choose Manila... lol CEBU is not an option for the interview... Oh and your fiancee should plan that she'll have to take at least a couple trips to Manila.. She'll need the medical as well as the interview and somewhere in the process she'll also need the CFO. (For the CFO she does have a real choice... she can choose to do the CFO in Cebu or Manila).

Cebu Pacific offers reasonably priced flights and they have a nifty little app too.
