We started Our process on November 12, 2015 and our packet from the National Center Visa was sent on January 4, 2016 and was received by the Embassy on January 8, 2016. Our DS-160 form was also created (online) on January 6, 2016. We believed that we have followed the necessary steps to be reviewed by the Embassy. Unfortunately to this date, we haven't received any correspondence on the progression of our packets

And on on Ceac.state.gov it's says READY can we still schedule an appointment even when we haven't received any email or letter from the embassy? ADVICE

We have sent several emails but no one seems to get back to us witha response we always send it to the correct email address on their website: IVaccra@state.gov and even made lots of calls to them but they tell us to wait. ... since January. .. I see this not to be normal.
