Hello all!

I filed towards the end of May and My Cases reflects May 30th for the last update....just being curious, is the website supposed to update for each stage of the process? For example, for my AOS, it states "Fingerprint Fee was Received" so when the biometrics invite is sent out, will this reflect on My Cases?

cheers

Steven

No. They may change if you get an RFE. They most likely will change when a decision is made or if you have an interview scheduled. But sometimes neither of those happen so you can call if you're concerned or you've gone over processing times.

my cases only updated like this:

AOS: received -> approved -> card mailed

EAD: received -> approved -> card mailed -> card delivered

AP: received -> approved

Received updated very late, the approval notices of each came more than a week after they actually aproved it (the online update came after the hardcopy came in mail)

Only the dates that the card was mailed and the delivery update were accurate

edit: but i've seen people that had no updates since received and had the card ending up in the mailbox out of nowere....

I'm a bit worried. So,

AOS and EAD received date: May 16, 2016

AOS and EAD notice date: May 19, 2016

I already received my NOA1 on both AOS and EAD, but the receipt number is not recognize by the USCIS case tracking site. I haven't got anything in the mail for the biometrics yet. Is this normal? Is anyone experiencing this as well? Thanks!
