Hello Everyone,

I called NVC beginning of this week and requested to speak to a supervisor and I received a call yesterday, the supervisor was able to view the notes on the case, maybe you should try the same to find out what's going on with your cases.

Thanks,

Yasser

I heard about that before but when we called along time ago we could get nothing.

What did they tell you about your case?

Was that the NVC here in the states or the embassy there in Cairo? Because i have also called the NVC here some time ago and they told me that they didn't have access to my file info. however i didn't speak to a supetvisor either.  if i may ask... how long have you been in AP? we've been therre since June 2016.☹

we have been on AP since June this year. yeah when I call NVC I get the same thing but when the supervisor called me obviously they have access because she was able to review the notes. Inshallah Kheer but I'm not going to believe it's over until she gets the visa in her hand.

Yasser

so I encourage everyone to call and ask to speak to a supervisor.

No, they don't. However, Cairo has ustraveldocs.com support team who are incompetent to say the least and are nothing like the NVC. With NVC, you can actually know details on the case. The support team is just going to tell you visit CEAC website. NVC has supervisors who have more access to case details than anyone else, almost better than USCIS.

I did, and always do every now and then. If you checked my previous posts, you'll see that we've already got in touch with NVC supervisors who spoke to us about the case.

The NVC supervisors are more educated in regards to what can be revealed during a phone call with an applicant or petitioner, unlike the usual customer support agents who just don't tell you what they see on the private case notes.

Sometimes you can get some useful info, and sometimes you just can't.
