We know each other for 11 months now, he visited me 3 times. Every time for a week!

By the way I know someone got the visa and his fiancee visited him just one time. They got engaged and when she left and applied for the k1 visa , he had his interview and he got the visa !

That's so weird. Those people were from Egypt too or a different country?

Alhamdulillah for everything. We won'f give up inshAllah :)

The number is on the U.S embassy website.. my finacé called them and they asked me to send them scanned copies of some documemts they already had! And they responded in 2 days that my case wasn't stuck and to keep emailing them.. few days later they sent an email that my case was sent back to the U.S.

Calling them is better than waiting cause some people got the denial and their cases were sent back without knowing at all!

Hi Nody,

hope you guys doing okay. after your fiance received the letter stating that the case was sent back, what is the status shows now on the CEAC website? and if it changed how long after your fiance received the letter?

Thank you.

Yasser

Hi Yasser,

Believe it or not, my status on CEAC website still Administrative processing, last updated Aug. 30th and our case was sent back on Aug.27th.

I thought may be it will be changed when the NVC recieve it. The NVC recieved it a week ago and it's on their system now!

He calls them every day. He called the USCIS yesterday. They said the embassy should tell us why our case was sent back. The embassy sent him an email that they sent it for judication and they sent me an email that they sent it back for revocation then they sent him another email that they think we have credible relationship :D

We're confused so we have to will until the USCIS receive our case inshAllah. We will call Marc Ellis the lawyer inshAllah. We heard that he is a very good lawyer and we have read an article to him about that, he understand what he is saying and doing..

so if they think your case is credible why did the CO put down the reason "you have not provided a sufficient information required for your relationship"? isn't that what she said? you guys should be on top of it because i heard that when a case is sent back USCIS don't touch it and let it sit for 6 month till it expire.

No. The CO didn't tell me that..  and about not touching our case for 6 months isn't true. It's different from a case to another. Also we call them every day :)

And hey it's all in Allah's hands so we keep praying and doing our part. Cause nothing more we can do!

Yes!! We have no idea why they sent it back if they think our relationship is credible!

The USCIS told my fiancé to keep calling them to get a reason!

Another thing why the embassy told my fiance our case was sent back for judication and they told me it was sent back for revocation!!!
