At last; someone who gets me ! I told him exactly that ! And I was mad about it for a while until I finally accepted the out come... However the consulate is too dumb to realize that too... He shouldnt have been put on AP if there's not record but I mean maybe they want to make sure who they let into this country... But at the same time I understand if it was a bigger crime like drugs or something..

GOOD NEWS guys my AP is over embassy requested for passport below are the msg i got from embassy ALSO ITS SAYS AT THE END NEW MEDICAL IS REQUIRE WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

We are pleased to inform you that your immigration case is ready for issuance. You may bring your passport(s) to the Embassy in Abu Dhabi any Sunday or Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., excluding holidays. In most cases, the visa will be ready for pick-up in 4 to 7 days. Embassy staff will provide further details when you drop off your passport(s).

The administrative processing on your file has been completed. However, a visa number may not be available for your file within this month.

Please note: if you do not send your passport immediately, a visa number may not be available for your file within this month.

Please check the Department of States current Visa Bulletin at Visa Bulletin for information about visa availability for your visa category.

The validity of an immigrant visa is subject to the validity of the medical report. As per new regulations, the medical reports are valid only for six months. In case of full validity (which is six months) visa, you must have to provide a new medical report.

New visa delivery service for Immigrant visas in Abu Dhabi! We will be using a local courier to return your passport to you after visa issuance to a local post office either in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Please refer to our FAQs on what documents are necessary if you would like someone to pick up your passport on your behalf.

Please see below for specifics on your individual case:

If you registered with U.S. Immigrant Visa prior to your interview, simply log on and follow the instructions for 'Consular section instructed me to send more documents' to return your documents/passport/medicals to the Consular Section for further processing on your case.

If you registered with U.S. Immigrant Visa after your interview, please send email letting us know that you have registered, your case number, DS-260 number (if known), your full names. We will then mark your status so that you can send your document to us using Empost. Please note that if you need to re-take your oath, you cannot use this option and must come to the Consular Section in person.

If you have any questions on how to register, please visit U.S. Immigrant Visa. Please do not email the Consular Section directly with any questions on how to register as all questions will be handled by the Call Center itself. We look forward to your feedback on our new courier system.

New medical examination is required.

Brother #Amkhan congratulations, you are finally done and you can relax ??

Regarding my information, I know someone who had a relative who works at US consulate in Tokyo.

For me, my last date change 20th July, before it was as 2nd June. It's been 5 month and 1 week now under AP. My passport is at the consulate since my interview. My medical will expire next month.

In total I have 2 date changes. Passport was kept since interview. No documents were requested.

I have one week left to complete my 6 months under AP with no update and same response from the embassy.

I still have that feeling they will finish it soon and hear a good news from them in sha Allah.
