You know what you're right, I just didn't think it was appropriate to vent. But what the heck. This process SUCKS. The anxiety, stress, added burden of taking care of things alone, and the freaking emotional toll could kill a person. This is so ridiculous. We get shoved into AP review because of some bias. What I don't get is if they want to pull some background checks they have so much time from the time of initially filing a I-130 up until the interview so why all this bullshit when we got approved from USCIS.

that is all true, but I think they could not because they needed fingerprints What a mess!

Yeah you're right they need the fingerprints. Gosh but still that's a lot of waiting. People miss out on golden moments of their marriage. My husband missed both of our kids birth. And not to stress that long distance creates so much struggle for marriages. Its not being apart from your loved ones. I wish this process was easier.

girl this process is beyond frustrating..this process can take away someone life no joke... STRESS IS KILLING ME....

You know what you're probably right. I realized that I cannot be happy throughout this process unless the visa is in hand. It's just so frustrating though I thought the interview was going to be it. But now we're in a uncertainty stage again. But God is good and he WILL get us all through this. InshAllah. ??

The stress is indeed killer.

I really wish they processed things in a few months as they say they do when you look it up.

God willing we will have answers and visas before too much longer!!

There is reason to hope. Just have to be patient.

And wait....

Kamal did you make your appointment and go to the embassy?

Let us know how that goes.

We might try that too after some more months.

If we could just get an update or a real response from the embassy I'd feel better. I really feel like our case hasn't been touched at all. Not at all in this amount of time?? 4 months and counting.

Lool bookman it is true you can make appointment online and go to the embassy but my lawyer said don't do it again it is not good but we used to go here is the website. https://evisaforms.state.gov/acs/make_confirmation.asp?pc=ADD&encode=2938113C0A06315C515A7C57525C517947171215177552450531214E7F4E52584A4043627E415151504A49624C68202E

But since our lawyer said don't do it we stopped.dont do it without consulting a lawyer but this is the website we used to make appointment for information to the embassy

Sate, I called NVC July 12th and 13th reps told me that embassy requesting hubby passport July1st. Reps advice that I contact the embassy for which I did July 14th but no reply as yet.. Before this whenever, I sent email to embassy I normally get generic replied within 25-30mins.. Stating that ur case is in necessary mandated AP.. But this time around nothing....i will take ur advice n allow hubby redo medical next week..another $250. USD. Cry..

Good luck,
