Truthfully, due to our unique sitution, we only talk about the visa once a week maybe. We talk about a few other things wayyy too much, but I will tell you what we do. We are on the internet in communication very often. We will have a date night. We both go on the inet , search music, find clips and tell the other where to go and listen to it, he will share his favorites and i will share mine. WE have done this with books or movies, places we have been would like to go...we are able to share so much of our past, and really show the other, by sending pictures or finding places on the net and then talking over messenger or whatever. Most weeks it is essential we have date night to quit talking work business visa.

Take a day off for a break but I would not ignore his phone calls.

That is hurtful. Communication is the key.

From your last post it looks like you worked it out.

Please remember that during this last and most important stretch he needs

all of your support.

You are so close and it is a big deal for him now because it is all on his

shoulders at this tme. He is the one facing the CO during the interview

and probably a little stressed, so be there for him.

I was fully there for my SO and we went over the little details together to get through the interview.

He needs you now and if he needs to talk about it then be there for him!

This is too important to act complacent and be unavailable of all times.

The interview is what you have been waiting for.

Maybe reality is hitting you.

I just need a break from all visa talk.

:help:

why not just take a break from VISAjourney , instead of creating a new user id and posting in a VISA forum. That is since you want a break from all the VISA talk.

On some levels it is and I probably should. Although this was the only time I have ever not taken a call from him. It's just that he's so excited about it all the time and I don't want to put a damper on his enthusiasm, but honestly sometimes I just don't want to hear it.

Maybe it's because he LOVES you and desires ONLY you. This should be the most important event in your life and it is a long hard journey. Maybe you are having second thoughts... I can't imagine not thinking about the visa every day, neither can my so. My so is way on the other side of the globe and she worries about her visa more than I do. Thankfully I hired an attorney in Bangkok to do everything. We saw him this past week and he made my girls mind much better by talking with her.

Take a deep breath and re-think what you want. You jumped both feet into this now you must swim.........

I am a regular poster here but I am so paranoid about the CO's reading these boards that I could not post under my usual ID. Don't get me wrong, I love my SO very much and miss him so much but I knew yesterday that he was going to get more papers and pick up his medical results for his interview and I didn't even take his call today because I did not want to even talk about a visa today. I feel so badly because we have our NOA2, our file is at the embassy and I know that we are right there, we are close to being reunited and yet, I am tired.

Anyone else ever feel like this? I really don't know what is wrong with me and I feel so guilty because I remember how much I once missed him right after I filed,I remember the tears when I got the NOA2 ;however, I just need a break from all visa talk.

hang in there..be strong..u been so far on this procees and is not woth to quit now. i know is stressful, my baby is getting sometimes relly angry when im asking him all time about the visa process and i know he has alots on his mind and im stressing him out with this also. just talk to him/her and tell him/her that u are very tiered talking about this visa process and to take a little breack about talking visa things...maby u will feel better after few days. i know is relly hard but if u love him/her alot hang in there...after u will be together u will laugh remembering about this all visa process...all this is worth to do if u relly love your fiance. nothing is easy in life, u need to sacrifice sometimes for getting something u relly want. hang in there. i wish u good luck
