Claudeth is resigning from her job

Well, Claudeth and one of her many supervisors has a difference of opinion on her performance so she has elected to resign today. My baby is reverting back to a domestic engineer again! This is ok because we wanted to go to Laughlin in June so she won't have to go through the begging to get the time off. Maybe she can check into college now instead!

It is a crazy place. She had about 5 supervisors and the guy she had the difference of opinion with has only observed her work once and that was crazy. He gave her a ton of work and a very limited amount of time to get in done in. Everyone else said there was no way for her to complete it in the time he gave her. He then wrote her up and said it was his recommendation that the company not retain her. She is half way through her probation period and said if this is the way the company is then she could live without the company! Oh well, there goes my free hotel rooms

I've always been amazed at how different managers can have very different evaluations of an employees performance over the same period of time. I've had to deal with that once myself. One manager hated me and wanted me out of the company, the rest wanted me to stick around. In the end, it was the evil witch of the west who got the can and I'm still around. B!tch. haha.

You hit the nail on the head Dean. I am half expecting to hear from her anytime now telling me they walked her out today. She can have some R&R and we can go to Laughlin in June now and have some fun!
