I think Dorval is closer to the city.

Montreal's airport formerly called Dorval.

Thats the only airport that desserves Montreal's area.

The shuttle takes you from the hotel to the downtown train station, and from their you catch a smaller bus to your hotel, which is included in the price. Works just the opposite for the return trip. I belive (was Dec 2004) took just over 30 minutes from airport to hotel (maybe closer to 45 min??) Of course depends on traffic. Highly recommend the service. One can purchase tickets in a kiosk that is just outside the area you pick up your luggage in the arrival area, and the bus is just outside.
