For Philippines people...Can you pay your Visa fee at BPI before getting your MNL number?

Does the NVC record how many times you call for your case number if they don't have it yet? I called once a day on Thursday Friday and today. I just don't want them thinking I'm calling too much. It's been 12 days and some wait 5-10.

I was wondering the same. I dont see any harm calling, i called yesterday too and the girl told me that they could receive the file anytime so not to hesitate to call back ... My noa2 is 9/01 as well

we wait till we get mnl case number in phone before we pay . but we schedule interview even tho we dont have hard copy with mnla case number and even tho our packet still in transit.

I just called them, no waiting time at all, it ringed immediately and had a guy on the phone. They havent received my case yet ... Keep trying for yours its a matter of days now im sure

Yes, I also just called them and no wait time. But they don't have mine either.

I don't think they know or care to be honest. I called twice daily for mine

We have medical scheduled for Thursday and Friday at Saint Lukes and Embassy interview Sept 27th. Thank you soo much felllow VJers for your advice along the journey. I still have a VJ friend who still doesn't have his MNL # with NOA2 date of july 8th, I feel so badly for him.

Select Immigrant Visa and use your case number. It starts with MNL2016XXXXXX
