We called around 9am EST, but they told us that the receipt number was scanned at 2:27am. So I'm thinking yours should be there on Monday for sure!

Mine is still in transit, next week, whole week is holiday for turkey(12-16 sep). Embassy is closed. I really don't want to wait 3 more months for interview :/ I probably gonna check july filers while waiting. There is nothing much to do at this time i guess. For now just more waiting.

I hope you guys will get your noa 2 as soon as possible. Things are going faster after noa2. You hear nvc 1-2 weeks later, you get your case number, they send it to embassy. You schedule your interview and good to go. :)

Hi June Filers, we received out NOA2 just this past week after 1 RFE. We are so excited! I had a question because she needs 2 police clearances, including one from Hong Kong. Is there a quicker manner than waiting until we receive Packet 3?

What I've seen she needs "the original and a photocopy (for each applicant) of the letter from NVC which contains his/her name and the checklist of documents necessary for obtaining a visa (the one that references the need for police certificates)"

You call the immigrant number and provide for uscis number and they gove status. Hold times can be extreme

I called NVC twice last week, and each time I called at 7AM EST, I did not have to wait more than a minute! Call early everyone :dancing:

Don't forget to pre-register for St. Luke's, and print the confirmation.

It is first come first serve, but this will save having to fill it out when she gets there.

Our case received at NVC as of today. Hopefully by tomorrow or next day we already have our case # assigned. What is the earliest interview date in Philippines? And we need to wait until it said "Ready" before we can pay for visa, right? Thanks
