^ Rapid Visa's services suck when it comes to K2s. Have you scheduled your medical already?

Medical is pre-register, the medical is just show up first come first served

I am a bit anxious because we got our case number last Sept. 2nd, but every time I check on line the status would say "At NVC". How long will it take for it to change to "In Transit" or better yet "Case Ready"? If average is four days, ours is more that four days now.

Our petition just left the NVC today (Sept 8) and it got there August 23. I was starting to get really worried!

Hi

Does anyone know how the co sponsor on i134 form works

My fiancée has 2 kids then by adding me In to the calculations that makes 4

She doesn't earn enough so we have a co sponsor with no dependent and earned $25k last year and my fiancée earned $10 k

Will this be enough to qualify or does the co sponsor count as a 5th person even though they live on their own

I didn't see anyone answer this.

From what I understand, the cosponsor only needs to make enough for their household, plus your fiancée - not your household and their's combined. Therefore if your cosponsor lives alone and makes 25k, surpassing the 20k guideline, you'll be fine. This is assuming your country is one that accepts cosponsors for the I-134 :)

Hope that helps!

Good luck, we scheduled ours on the 13th of October to make sure the packet arrived from nvc

October 17 was the earliest available.

We were hoping she could be here by the end of October, but we are just happy to finally have the interview scheduled and not be waiting an unknown time for the case number.

conceivably you could still do it if there are no problems on visa delivery

Dublin embassy are being a hard pill to swallow today. We received our packet 3 and sent in our notice of readiness. They wont accept it because we don't have the results to our medical yet. my medical is booked for the 21st of September. The lady called me twice and was very frustrated on the phone with me. She must have been in a really bad mood. Well we will just have to wait a lot longer then we thought.
