I was trying to find the average time for NVC received to Case number assigned. I played with the K1 timelines on the Philippine Portal page.

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=5&op2=d&op3=1&op4=3&op5=5,6,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,108,110,111,208,210,211&op6=All&op66=All&op7=Philippines&dfile=No&adv=1

It looks like NVC leave to Consulate Receive is about 4 days.

thanks!

She is going to BPI this afternoon, (Friday). We were hoping for late September. Visa approval would be a great Birthday for me on the 30th.

Well, a few days late will be just as great.

Hello people. Does the I-134 need to be notarized.

No it does not, pay stubs, tax returns show proof

On this past Tuesday there were some on the 26th and 29th of September

Note that this is a condo, and just renting out rooms via airbnb. There are a lot of hotels and other condo around the area. Though (in my opinion), renting via airbnb is cheaper. :dancing:

Thanks for the Airbnb idea, I just booked for her interview next month for a really reasonable rate

We set up her account on the site, and it said the 13th was the first available opening.

No good for us, because no medical yet. The 26th is what we are hoping for .

We have not seen all the available dates, because she has not paid yet.

I am a bit anxious because we got our case number last Sept. 2nd, but every time I check on line the status would say "At NVC". How long will it take for it to change to "In Transit" or better yet "Case Ready"? If average is four days, ours is more that four days now.

OMG! Now I'm even more anxious. Have you scheduled your interview? We asked Rapid Visa about it but they advised against it. They said we should wait for the status to change to "Case Ready". -_-
