Hi everyone, we are approved since sept 1, our online status says case was approved. Is there any other status to expect from now on or is the next step to call the nvc and ask for the number to track the case at embassy ? Thanks for your help ;) and good luck for the one still waiting ;)

Does anyone have the link to the POE (point of entry) reviews? I can't seem to find it again. Thanks

Hi!!... What is that link for? I mean why do you need it??? From Mexico I would recomend Tijuana-San Diego, it is the busiest but because of that has to be quickly!

Yeap, hope so.

closest :(

Yes!! At least you have one! I don't have mine yet!... I talk to my lawyer and he says that it's better if I dont call NVC because my case is registered with him, so he want me to wait until we can hear something from NVC :(

I wanted to look at the reviews to see where the easiest Poe was. He is coming from Argentina to Detroit so he will have a layover and I just want it to be a smooth transition for him.

You enter the bpi receipt number, passport number and then it brings up available dates then you can email the paperwork to yourself, you need to present that day of interview for admission to embassy. The process is pretty simple.

Don't you have to pre register? Then use immigrant one?

You pre-register for medical.min bpi you print a receipt and bring it in with the fee, if she has kids, 1 each, the don't combine payments it's separate for each

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask! So we already got our MNL# and I've already paid the fee for the embassy interview at BPI but have yet to set my interview date. I was thinking I'd wait until the embassy gets my packet before I set the interview? Or should I just go ahead and set it up? Also, how early can I set my medical? Is there an "expiration date" of some sort for the medical results? Would appreciate your inputs! :)

Medical is good for 6 months they recommend 2 weeks prior, you can pick a date a month plus out to make sure it's there, you are causing yourself unnecessary delay
