I just booked my Medical they charged me 425 euro which is about 480 US dollars. Apparently they've added a new blood test to the exam for sexually transmitted diseases like Gonorrhoea. This thing will bankrupt us fairly quickly.

Yeah, so expensive, i guess after k-1 fee, we need to pay like 1000 dolar more for everything else till interview. It is like 3000 turkish liras. Lowest salary is 1300 lira for a month in here. They want so much if you ask my opinion.

same with the Philippines, for fiancé and kid is 19,800 pesos around $450 but that is 2 months of her salary .. too expensive

480$ for 1 people? i was thinking we do ve to pay only $127 for medical fee. but it seems like we ve to pay for all vaccines too. I have a child too. so i ve to pay 480$×2=960$ only for the interview?

Visa fee is $265, Vaccination fee is $140 ......plus hotel I stay there for 7 days

$140 is with medical fee + vaccine?

We got RFEd. They weren't satisfied with the divorce document. I guess in Brazil you have a "matrimonial record" that can be used in place of marriage certificates & divorce decrees. It clearly stated the marriage & divorce dates and was signed by a judge/magistrate. Regardless, she got the more detailed divorce decree to me. I spent what felt like 12,000 hours translating it and its going out today.

On to the next step.
