Thank you for ur sweet reply, my fiancé wanted to hire one. I really thought we had everything checked, did that happen to ur friend recently?

We also got a lawyer, just in case they asked us for RFE he could know the way to get approved.

What does your lawyer think about it?

I got to know using ISCIS App, when I emailed him he had no idea. He said we need to wait and see what they want!

I'm sad ☹️

We sent everything they asked but I didn't see any declaration letter in our documents,could it be the read?

After receiving case number, when I check for case status on ceac website, it says at nvc and then goes ahead to explain that I follow the six steps. They seem complex, including payments. Did anyone do that step? Or k1 is not to do that? Anyone know?
