Case number received by calling nvc. I am the USC but currently with my fiance in home country, Uganda. I decided to call after seeing posts here. To my surprise,the agent said,oohhh, we just received it today...and she read it out to me. Well, I guess after noa2, give it a couple of weeks and call.

Cases are many, u need to care for yourself. No one cares like u do.

Yeah maybe a couple more days. :) It depends who is lucky more :P

we were approved same day. Aug 18. no case# yet either as of this morning.

I-129F sent- June 22

Lockbox received- June 24
Noa#1- June 29

Noa#2 August 18 ( 50 days )

NVC case# - September 1

left NVC - September 6

consulate received- September 8

We have hired an attorney and this is what we got

You will learn soon what they want :) At least it wont be too long, a friend of mine got rfe and after he replied he got his noa2 10 days later.
