I posted this in the RFE forum but was wondering if any of you would be able to help.

Well isn't there a saying if you want it done right do it yourself?

Well I gave my father my RFE to mail because he was in his way there. I gave him everything that needed to be mailed including the envelope with the address on it (in red) and I ask gave him the envelope that it came in. I told him to address it with the address in red. Well he used the other address on the other envelope. The reason I didn't fill it out was because I sent it express and there is a certain label you have to put on it.

He said he wrote in big letters RFE on the front and back. Do you think it will get to the right department? Also will this cause a delay? Should I call them and tell them what happened and send a new one to the correct address?

This is so frustrating, I just want it to get to the right person on time.

Thank you for all of your help.

Sorry, not good, I hope it will get at time your RFE. My fiance is waiting for me to visit, I wish to travel right now but because NOA2 can be anytime soon, I am sitting here and waiting just in case if rfe, I don't want to risk to ask my son, I know I explain everything well or leave everything in place, it's possible some mistake if it's not myself.

I hope in your case it will work well, crossing fingers for you

Hi, can i make things clear please? Because im really afraid what will happen on my interview.. Im a beneficiary of K1 visa and my fiance is from USA, we filed a petition I-129F last June and we just got approved from USCIS this Aug, my concern is my fiance has been filed last year I-129F for her ex girlfriend and he says that they got approved by the USCIS and her ex gf change her mind going in US and to marry my fiance, they broke up. And so they never file for the interview never file medical exam, they just broke up and just forgot it. So im afraid that in my interview that i might get denied because of that, im just wanna make things sure and clear. We already call the uscis last july regarding about that because they might need a waiver for that and they said that its okay theres no gonna be a problem and they dont need waiver. They told us that its okay. So now we got approved from uscis, now i wanna make things clear. Is that really okay? Am i not gonna get denied because of that? Please answer. Please.

Thank you.

I don't think so just bring all the required documents and bring lots of proof of on going relationship you gonna do just fine! :) Good Luck...

Congratulations to all those approved, so happy for you. I am trying to be patient and wait but it's so challenging some times. Each day is a new opportunity and a day closer to being with my Wolfie.

I'm not sure if it will be enough or not. If he can not find the W2 than he can go to the IRS website and order a transcript and have it mailed to him free. It is simple and easy. IRS.gov is the website
